Bidra med feedbackWe stopped for BBQ based on the excellent reviews. We were a little surprised at how small it was and only has outdoor seating. But we got one whiff of the smoker and we had to stop.Teresa took our order and quickly got our order ready. We had brisket and Cole slaw. The meat was so tender and tasty! Didn't even need BBQ sauce. Better than the brisket we've had anywhere else lately.Cole slaw was yummy any the BBQ sauces were great as well. The prices were reasonable (seems like everything is so expensive today! But we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the place got very crowded before we left, so I guess the secret's out. Give this place a try!
Great place, and friendly stuff members. Price is really affordable and reasonable. Food was great. Definitely recommend this place if you passing by.
I was staying at the Holiday Inn across the way and saw this place online. I drove over so I didn 't have to frogger jump between cars. They 're located back off the road so this place is easy to miss. In fact you might think they 're closed with the way they have chains on the patio and a order at the window sign on their drive thru menu. I decided to risk it and was pleasantly surprised. The woman took my order at the window with paper/pen (old school) and disappeared. She came back quickly with my order. I had the Pulled Pork with a side of fries Mac and cheese, which was just over $17. The portions were generous, however I found it could have been a bit warmer. Besides that and the place looking closed, it was a good experience. Hopefully they will eventually stop service food in styrofoam, I thought that was illegal everywhere by now, and then remembered I was in Florida.
The finest BBQ joint in the SE! The brisket and sides are beautifully prepared and delicious. The sausage links are the best I've had in years. Every time we drive North or South on I-75 from now on, M&M is where we are getting our meal.
Not the kind of BBQ I like. We tried the chicken and pulled pork. The pulled pork here is comes drenched in sauce, you cannot even taste the meat. I believe that if smoked meat comes sauced it’s because you’re hiding something, whether that it’s dry meat you’re trying to rehydrate or trying to add flavor from not smoking long enough. At $17 for pork and two sides, I expected more by way of quality. The chicken tasted good, but didn’t taste smoked at all. Maybe it’s not supposed to be smoke chicken and I am assuming here but it was a light brown/gold color not bronze like smoked chicken should be. It almost seem like it was propane grilled. It was also lacking that faint smoke ring chicken gets.Positives, the staff is very friendly. The sides were very hot and fresh to order. They were still too hot to eat after a 10 minute drive which is great since everyone hates cold food when they get home. I wouldn’t recommend dining here as there is no shade or working fans. The tables are out in the Sun. I wouldn’t return but some people like pre sauced meat.
