Tuscany Grille Wine - Wildomar

Walked in and was surprised to see a bar ambiance vs what I believed to be a full restaurant. We went ahead and sat down. It was karaoke night and there were regulars that filled the tables as they ordered more drinks enjoying the music. I ordered the steak and after an hour of waiting on my steak I had lost my appetite. I won't be coming back here.

So.... We went to another restaurant, but the wait was too long. We drove into this shopping center and saw the Tuscany Grille. From the outside, it looks like it would be ok. The restaurant has four stars and three dollar signs. When we entered the restaurant, it took a few minutes to even get greeted, but when we did, it was pleasant. There was only three tables occupied. The inside look okay. The menu is small but I was fine with that. I felt that maybe since there was only a few items, the would cook all the items good. I ordered the ribeye and my wife ordered the chicken. Both plates came with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables. The serving of mashed potatoes could fit in a table spoon or a table spoon and a half. The steamed vegetables were three small stalks of broccoli. The mashed potatoes and vegetables tasted good. The steak appeared to be a good size, but I had a lot of fat and gristle. I ordered the steak medium well. So I believed the steak should have been pink, but not red. Most of the steak was as I ordered. Some of the steak was red and nasty looking. The flavoring of the steak was okay, but I was expecting more for a $38 dollar steak. That was not expensive, but for a place like that, it was. My wife 's chicken was okay. It looked like some sort of imitation chicken. The texture and color of the chicken was just not right. The host/server was the same person. Service was very slow and you could see the other patrons were concerned. There was a lot of looking around and heavy impatient breathing. The entertainment arrived, but he was so slow setting up, he started singing as we were exiting. The entertainment was a very good singer. It might have made the night better if the entertainment would have started sooner. So, overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to any of my friends or family. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Visited Tuscany for the first time last night to see DW3 perform. Got the dinner package and everything was amazingly good. Good food, Great service and Awesome atmosphere. They were catering to a lot of people but we didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes each time we requested something. Everyone was very friendly. Overall, an excellent time!

Waked in with one customer. All other tables Empty lady just walked past and looked us in eye. I said if she doesn't come by and ask us for drinks or food we are out of here. She didn't so we left. It's sad because we are trying to frequent mom and pop restaurants and we are just ghosts not seen. This is the 2nd restaurant tonight. Guess they don't need business

Please don't call yourself a wine bar when you only sell one brand of wine and it happens to be the worst two Buck Chuck I've ever had in my life. They didn't even have Pinot noir. The only compliments I can give to this place is that they poor heavy-handed and they have very friendly service. We didn't try the food because we were very disappointed with the spirits and wine options. But according to others reviews the food's pretty good.
