Sunday, 02/25/2024; 1100 am: Dunkin ' Donuts messed up my order, wasted my time, killed my good Sunday morning vibes, and didn 't apologize.After leaving out my sandwich from my order and wasting 30 min of my time driving back, I was greeted by a rude female manager who didnt apologize for the mistake, and reluctantly handed me a cold sandwich.Ive been to multiple DDs and this one is by far, the worst; from the meth-induced, disheveled appearance of its manager to horrible customer service.DD leadership needs to do better!

Service is extremely slow even if you place an pick up order they still haven’t made it by the time you

Coffee is never consistent. Some days it’s good, other days it’s horrible. Not sure what the problem is with that issue. Same thing with breakfast sandwiches and hash browns. They come out burnt or not heated up all the way. Some times the food is still cold. Not enough people working the counter to move the line along inside the store. There should be a dedicated order taker so that way they don’t have to stop to make each customers coffee and get their order. It would be alot more efficient and customers wouldn’t complain about standing in the line for so long. Overall the place is pretty cleanParking: Depends on what time of day you go. Sometimes there’s no parking especially if there are groups of people hanging out insideKid-friendliness: It’s dunkin. Clean. Staff was friendly and the selection of doughnuts and bagels was great.

Arguably the slowest service. Doesn't matter if there is 2 cars in line or 10. You are waiting at minimum 15 minutes for a coffee that is mediocre. This store has gone downhill over the last couple of years and is just getting worse.
