Bidra med feedbackVisited here with my husband and daughter for coffee and panini. Staff very friendly however first part we didnt like was very unorganised queue with no social distancing and ni ine was asked for name and contact number for track and trace Floor under tables were very crumby not cleaned The icing in the cake for us was when my husband bit into his panini and a huge blue bottle was in it. He felt ill and couldnt eat anymore (obviously) they gave him a muffin and his money back as good gesture but me and my daughter were putnoff our food too but not reimbursed for this I e mailed head office twice to give benefit of the doubt and give a chance to hive explanation before i wrote this but had no reply WHAT SO EVER Disappointed is an understatement
Good little cafe. The staff are friendly enough and the food and cakes are of a good quality. Good value for money. Already returned.
Friendly staff , great choice of fresh sandwiches cakes and muffins , lovely espresso , nothing to dislike here folks ! Dave Mather
Muffin Break has taken a turn for the worse since the original staff left. The new employees seem inexperienced - one didn't even know what a mocha was when I ordered it. The muffins used to be soft and fresh, but the ones I had were hard and dry, clearly not baked that day. I am disappointed and will have to find another place for coffee and cake.
All the old staff have disappeared. Today was a very poor experience, slow service, hardly any muffins, drink poor, toastie was forgotten about and only brought over when I chased and was going cold. Extremely disappointed.
