Almost all pastries are covered with sugar. The cheese rolls only have a small cheese skin at the top. That's it. Above all, the rolls and also some pastries have a peculiar aftertaste after a whim. You must like it. Some people may not mind. It's all right. Everyone must make his own judgment. I'm sorry, it's just two stars.

The shepherd in Wiesbaden in Hagenauer Straße is not to top. Beautiful large spacious baker, with a great selection of treats. Quick service and very friendly staff. The atmosphere is very good, the morning starts quite well. I have visited several bakeries, but the sandwiches are always fresh and most delicious. Super!!!!!!

Today I was in town to shop a little. And after some time, I noticed and my accompaniment that we have even more bread or rolls at home. So at the end of our city stroll we were looking for the bakery shepherds. Since we have often bought one or other rolls in the past and are always very satisfied with the quality and price. So today we were again in the form of 2 Krusti rolls and a chocolate rolls. And for this we have a little bit of apple filling, the whole is about 6 € approx. To bakery itself, there are still promises that the selection of baked goods corresponds to what you expect or can expect. What seems pleasant here, that there is not a small number of seats that invite you to stay, for example, what to drink or eat or whatever you want. There is also a customer toilet, but I have not yet taken advantage of it, and therefore cannot evaluate it. At the very end, you're stuck here, what I can say is good baked goods get at reasonable prices. And from this I like to give here 4 solid stars and a recommendation to look past here.

Now mainly go there to buy my bread and other bakery goods, among others because it is on my daily work path. The baked goods there are always fresh, most of them are baked in the bakery. The range is very extensive and varied. There are a variety of really delicious different types of bread. the bread is also cut in the shop if desired, where you can choose between different strengths at the bread disc width. In addition to the assortment of sandwiches, bakery offers several breakfast arrangements and, more recently, dishes with freshly prepared agitator. Breakfast is not only a bit for the early risers, because even land sleepers can order breakfast all day. The only point at which you can encounter is that the preparation of the fresh agitator egg in times with a large number of visitors, for example, has a somewhat chaotic effect at lunchtime and lasts longer. So, unfortunately, it is not optimal as a break snack when you sit in the neck. It is certainly due to the fact that only one hob is available for the preparation... For the guests who want to enjoy their cake or snack in the shop themselves, the ambience of the shop was redesigned and made more modern in summer 2015. The area on the shelf wall in the rear part can be mentioned in particular. My acquaintances and I like to sit there. However, the other seating groups in different sizes and with different but nevertheless matching seating invite you to stay. The price/performance ratio is consistent if the breads that have been occupied are sometimes to be regarded as high-priced. On the other hand, they are tastefully top. With Schäfer there are always new products in the assortment, which will be delivered to customers in small packages at the expense. Schäfer binds its customers by discount cards both for buying bread and by means of a coffee card. As you can see, this is accepted by customers. In the shop there is a guest toilet available to the customer, where the employees are very interested in cleanliness. It is not always possible, but if customers were to pay a little more attention to their own usage behavior, in which they, for example, do not distribute entire paper rolls and stacks of paper towels in space, it would be very helpful to employees. The employees in the business are always very friendly and accommodating, it is always impressive to me how much the employees strive to keep the small macks or wishes of regular customers in mind. Shopping is just fun, even because the ladies have a very golden humor there. It's so good that you almost have to fear that the baker will soon rise amusement taxes :o)
