Bidra med feedbackI loved the Vegan Ramen, was there twice and never disappointed me! The Gyoza are one of the best vegans in the city and the other starters are also amazing. Just make sure to book to really get a place, it can be very packed because the restaurant is not the largest.
The vegan Gyosa are, I think, the best I ever had. The vegan ramen is also excellent. You should like to enjoy: It is not based on plant broth, but on a fog broth. Taste, I would give clearly five stars. But on the one hand this is not allowed because the place is not completely vegetarian; on the other hand, the variety of options for vegans is limited so that 4 stars can be seen as reflecting the combination of excellent quality, but quite limited choice.
I didn't like the taste of ramen so much... The edamame is simple and perfect.
I ate the tsukemen (cold noodles). They tasted good, but the noodles stayed together so it was not so easy to eat them. You dip them into the lice with which they come (yuzu flavored). The sauce is a bit too intense for my taste, so I never dipped all the noodles. The cucumbers are good, but sharp. The only negative is the texture they were a bit muddy. The hopsticks are really bad quality be careful!
The vega windows are delicious, full of taste and tasty fried tofu.
