Bidra med feedbackThis is pretty much your run-of-the-mill European restaurant; average, if not slightly over-priced, food. The portion sizes were surely enough, as well as friendly staff members who coped with our broken German. However, upon paying the bill we realised that we had been charged around...€8 for breadsticks that we had not asked for (and had assumed they were complementary). Furthermore, a 1 litre jug of water came to €7. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this restaurant. Overall, slightly ironic that they hung a picture of Jesus while charging almost €20 for bread and water.
Restaurants in Vienna seem to have almost identical menus. Of course, I've been seeking out authentic Austrian food. Maybe I've been in Vienna too long and am tiring of eating all meals in restaurants. The best item I tried here was the Spargelcremesuppe. That's Cream...of asparagus soup, with chunks of European white asparagus in it. Very tasty.
Unfriendly service, long waiting time, high prices, dirty table cloth. Limited coffee selection. It’s pity, since the interior looks cozy from outside and it’s only few steps far from metro. Cannot recommend.
