We arrived at 5:55 p.m. At 6:10 they seated us in the bar although 2 tables had opened up but were not cleaned in the dining room. Around 6:20 or 6:25 we gave our order to the server. She brought the plate for the salad bar about 5 minutes later. We had ordered the special which was chicken fried steak and planned to split it. At 6:45 she said our dinner would be right out. We asked her to bring the check and a to go box with it as we had tickets to a concert. At 6:55 she brought food to the table next to us who had come in 20 minutes after we did. At 7:00 she brought our meal. We inhaled part of it and put the rest in the to go box and left. We made it to the concert with only 10 minutes to spare. There is no reason a chicken fried steak should take 40 minutes. It looked good but we ate it so fast that we didn't really taste it. Right after our plate came out, the table next to us also got chicken fried steak and they came in at least 20 minutes after we did. Either our server forgot to put in the order or the kitchen lost it. We may try this place again but not when we have tickets to a concert. We thought an hour and a half would be enough time to eat before a concert but obviously not here.
