Hardee's - Wichita

It took 14 minutes and 10 seconds to get our food. Normally I wouldn't mind but we were the only ones in the dining room. The tables were dirty and you could see that there was a lack of good management. The tables were dirty and the people were just standing around in the back arguing with each other.

We ordered in the drive thru, food was fresh and good. The wait was long but for fresh food it's well worth the wait. Willett at this location again.

I seriously spent 13.50 on a chocolate milkshake that was practically milk with whip cream, a rock hard cold small kids sized cheese burger that tasted like card board, and a small fry that tasted like it was refried and sitting since the morning. I sent the milkshake back they refunded it and I called about how sub par the rest was didn’t ask for a refund but the manager was completely disrespectful and let me know that she wouldn’t be refunding anything else that I was beat were her words. I do not recommend this place, in fact I give it negative stars.

The manager was awful told me I was beat when i let her know how dissatisfied I was with the food I got a child sized hamburger that was rock hard tasted like it was made last night and a small order of stale refried fries and a milk shake that was milk with some whip cream. i didnt even ask for a refund when I called up there I just wanted them to know I spent 13.50 on a kids meal that tasted like it was a day old and not even reheated and I was completely unsatisfied with the experience and the manager during the day was more than disrespectful telling me I wasnt getting a refund even though I didnt ask for one. I would not recommend this place it was so bad!

Very poor customer service. We tried to order a chicken tender combo for our son and the drive thru employee was rude and unhelpful, continuously arguing that we had the wrong combo number (who cares? You know what we’re trying to order!! and we ultimately left with just 5 chicken tenders- no fries- that we paid almost $8 for and waited 10 minutes for. Will not be back.
