Fusa - Wichita

Delicious fusion of American and Asian. The restaurant lives up to the name. The food is delicious, well portioned and priced very reasonably. Not to mentioned presented perfectly. My wife and I had the sesame chicken and sweet/sour. We?ve been back twice and will likely become regulars. Great job, Fusa!

The Chinese food at this restaurant is dependable. They also offer a variety of other cuisines. The beef chow fun was seasoned perfectly with white pepper and garlic, while the sesame chicken could have been fried a bit longer. The sauce was a good combination of sweet and sour flavors. Customers are expected to clear their own tables, some of which are covered with fake leather.

I recently tried the spicy Fusa chicken burrito and it was incredible! It took a visit from my daughter, who was visiting from out of town, to finally convince me to try it, despite living near Fusa for the past 2 years. I will definitely be returning because there are so many other menu items I am eager to try!

This was my first time dining at this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. The calamari was tender and the sauce that accompanied it was a perfect compliment. The honey walnut chicken was also delicious. However, I was disappointed by the slow service. Despite ordering online, my order took nearly 30 minutes longer than the estimated pickup time. Despite this, the staff was polite and the food was excellent. I will give them another chance, hoping that the slow service was just due to being short-staffed. The food was so good that it's worth another visit.

Food was great. Service was good. Only negatives would be 1. The tables were sticky and needed a better cleaning. And 2. It was a little pricey at $70 for 4 ppl. Other than that, we thought the food was terrific.
