The Employees are so Nice and The Ice Cream is Superior to other Creamery's Around Kansas

The only real problem I have with Cold Stone is that they tend to understaffed during peak hours. By the time I had my five selections given to them the first couple were already starting to melt. Outside of that the food itself is pretty good quality so I always consistently go there if I get a chance while in town

It would get 5 stars next to the fact that the older man who works here is a complete piece work. super grouchy, very rude and very pushy. only because of this I will avoid coming here. sad

We were a group of 4. The 1st 3 of us placed our orders but somehow I was overlooked. When I pointed this out I was dealt a dose of attitude. I ordered a simple chocolate shake. It was little more than slightly thickened chocolate milk, made with attitude. Worst shake in my 60 plus years.

I was so excited about my pumpkin Apple Al a cold stone until about my 5th bite in I feel something hard and to my biggest surprise I pulled out a little piece of a chicken bone from my mouth. I swear on everything I love it was a chicken bone! I’m mortified and will never be eating from cold stones ever again! This is so not ok.
