Chick-fil-a - Wichita

Gave us wrong food. Keep sauces under lock and key as well as refills. Food was ok. Def an overrated place. Kids liked it fine... so yeah good place for a kid to get some chicken nuggets though.Food: 3/5

I recently had a gender reveal party and I ordered two medium trays of the chilled chicken sandwiches. They come with 12 sandwich halves for $46 each. After all was said and done I spent about $120 on my catering order. My husband picked up the sandwiches for the party, and when we got them there were only 8 per tray. I ordered spicy and regular. Chick-fil-A shorted us 8 sandwiches total!! We didn’t have enough food to feed all of my guests. It was embarrassing. I love Chick-fil-A, they always provide excellent and accurate service, which is why I thought I could count on them to cater my party. Very disappointed. I will not being going to this location again.

I can honestly say that I have never been to any fast food restaurant anywhere, and I mean anywhere, that could top the service, food quality and cleanliness of Chick-fil-A! You would be very hard pressed to find a way to beat this place. I don't even like to refer to it as a fast food restaurant because it is in a class of its own. Oh,and did I say the speed at which they get your order to you puts any other place to shame. You will find well trained and courteous personnel helping you from the time you order, outside or in, until your food is delivered to you and you leave the property.. Everything on the menu is delicious and .made of quality ingredients. You.just can't go wrong here.

The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I don't know the menu well and prices. I was very rushed and heavy sighed by my attendant in the drive thru because I needed to see the menu. He was rude and so was the next 2 attendants I had to encounter before getting our order. I'm sorry but not everyone eats at Chick FIL A all the time and knows the menu. I don't like being treated like I'm stupid by anyone and especially not in a drive thru. It will be a long time before I return. I have to memorize the menu.......

It was super busy and an item was forgotten but they were quick to remedy it. Always such great service and the food was awesome as well! So fast! Enjoyed the Table Talk questions with my nephew from his kid’s meal…beats a toy any day.
