Frank Joe's Coffee House

Beautiful ambiente, and the dame that took the order was pleasant. bad critique because I am sick of caffes like this, the crazy charge. for example: the coconut mocha latte of my partner with kokosmilch. extra 75 and then they continued to drink another 65 charge for a pump of sugar-free vanilla syrup (if we ordered it to sugar-free, not sweet). oh, and on my drink, still 65 for a HALF pump vanillesirup. and the drinks are mediocre after all. I understand this has become the new normal, but it's not good. I think dieucks is actually much cheaper than this place.

I overheard someone behind me say that this is the best coffee shop in Wichita Falls. This is my first non-chain stop, so I will get back to you for my ranking. I found this place to be charming and just what I was looking for. The options are not limited. I got the turkey bacon breakfast sandwich and a honey lavender latte. The turkey bacon was crispy. It was a tasty sandwich even at 1 pm. I can eat breakfast food all day long. The only complaint I have is being charged 99¢ for a cup of water, no ice. I would definitely stop here again to choose another option from their vast menu. Thanks Frank Joe’s.

Starbucks who??? Frank and Joe's is the best. They have all of everyone's favorite flavors of everything. I will not go anywhere else again. Please try this place. Service is awesome. I like the location but it does need more room for the drive through line. I will wait though. Its that good.

The latte I ordered was pretty good, but it literally took 35 minutes to get it. This for a drink that may take a minute to make? And I was pretty much the only person in line. Would not go back; desperately in need of better management.

I have been a fan of this coffee shop since they opened. I used to love their coffee and would recommend it to all my friends who visited from the city. However, in the past week, there has been a change in their coffee. I always order a large hazelnut latte without whipped cream, but recently they have been adding an excessive amount of ice, making the drink taste more like water than coffee. I called the manager in hopes of resolving the issue, but when I ordered the same drink today without whipped cream, they still added it and mixed it in, hoping I wouldn't notice the difference. Unfortunately, the coffee still tasted watered down. It seems like they are not interested in retaining loyal customers. Sadly, they have lost one of their biggest fans.
