I would put a huge zero if I could! We waited for 20 minutes to even put an order in then waited another 40 to not even get food. As we waited all the other tables regardless of what time they went in we’re getting their food before us. We waited almost one hour before paying for our drinks and leaving. As we left the lady came out of the kitchen saying the food was done. After waiting THAT long we didn’t want the food. No one checked on us. No one apologized. Customer service sucks and the guy that took my money for the drinks was rude. DO NOT go if you are are very hungry.

Usulteco has the best authentic pupusas, hands down the best Salvadorian food in Wichita. The prices are reasonable, the ambiance is relaxed, and the family that runs the restaurant is amazing. I recommend the pupusas with cheese and loroco.

I ordered 2 green leaf chicken tamales and the tamales were cold and there was no chicken in it. It was more potatoes and peppers and nothing chicken. I ordered a cup of coffee and they don't have a refill for the coffee. In other places they do serve you more coffee and it doesn't cost 2.50 for a small cup of coffee. I ordered 2 cheese pupusas and the pupusas were also cold and they served me a small bowl with curtido for 2 pupusas. In other restaurants they serve you pupusas with the appropriate amount of curtido depending on the number of pupusas you order.

Food is good, but not great. The service is quite friendly. Atmosphere is minimalist. Parking: Not many spots

The food is not bad at all but the service is very bad, the girls serve you and they never ask you again if you need anything else.I went to eat yesterday and I wanted some candy and a knife to cut my chicken but the girls were very seated with the son of the coquette owners.To leave them good tips they should be kinder.
