Taco Bell - Wichita East

It's pretty bad when you wait in line in the Drive-Thru for 27 minutes and still get handed an incomplete order that you verbally confirmed the contents of only to find that you've been lied to about the contents of the order and so have to go back through the Drive-Thru just so you can be told they were actually out of the item to begin with and get no compensation. I will never go to this taco bell again.

Please do not go here. I stopped going here 3 months ago because I got food poisoning. I felt really sick then threw up after I ate there beef chalupa combo. Today 6/21/2021 I thought I would give them one more try. Nope. About 10 minutes after. I started to sweat even though my house A/C is set to 72 degrees C. I started feeling sick to my stomach. Get rid of the night crew, I asked more than 5 times for more add ons to my burritos at the speaker and at the window and didn’t receive it. I see why you guys don’t have mobile ordering available.

Horrible!!! Mostly the late night shift!I pay extra for modifications and they make it wrong! If i order without modifications they mess it up ordered a nachos box and they didn’t put the guacamole or nacho cheese on it. I’ve seen them more interested in conversation with each other then customer service! Tried to talk to the manager once because i was tired of mistakes always happening and explained i get it because i did fast food and nothing changed. Worst Taco Bell i have ever been too.

Really fast service and a great staff. Food was nice and hot, plus the order was made to my specifications. Definitely a great place!
