Mcdonald's - Whyalla

39 minutes in drive thru. Only to be given wrong drink at window. And rudely ignored trying to recitfy it. Shouldn't of expected much I guess. Thought I would give them a second chance and at midnight couple nights ago In the drive thru got told to come back in half an hour. Won't be back

Disappointing Used to be great coffee..... Not any more. I'm over getting luke warm pale coloured milk, no froth and overfull that the lids fall off. Definately not cappuccino as I ordered.This has happened to me several times.... Not any more tho! If I could give minus stars I would. .

Poor customer service tonight by server Belinda who told some customers in the restaurant that they were disturbing other customers, which they WEREN’T, Belinda was the one who disturbed the customers and she was extremely rude the other customers agreed. If I was rude to our customers etc, my boss would not be happy with my performance and it would be a bad look on our company etc. I reported the incident and Belinda’s rudeness and poor customer service to another employee, but, I don’t know if she was informed.

Ordered onlineOrder confirmation at 4:10 it's 5:40 and haven't received so rang them and they said they'll be STARTING my order next in about 5 minutes.

Awful was absolutely disgusting and 3hrs layer went in the bin
