Kfc Whitstable

Used drive through service, had to wait 20 minutes. Drove off as taking too long. No staff available. Very bad service. Will think again before using again Service: 1

Ordered £40 worth of food, waited an hour and 10 minutes and it turned up stone cold. Even the beans were cold. Called Uber eats helpline (as that’s the number they give you) and they said there’s nothing they could do. Won’t be ordering again Service: Delivery Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

It was really cold. The staff were very slow and seemed to serve the drive thru first. We waited 25minutes for our food which was then left on the side whilst doing other stuff so the chips were tepid. Not great waiting that long with a 9 year old and 3 year old. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly as it was very cold and had to wait so long Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

O dear waited 15 min in the drive through to be told I have to wait 30 min for the chicken to be ready, sadly I can't recommend this KFC, my advice don't go there. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
