Jersey Mike's Subs - Whitsett

I love Jersey Mike's, but unfortunately, this particular location is not up to par in my opinion due to the staff. There is one lady in particular who always has a bad attitude. She makes customers wait and sneakily adds extra charges. No matter how kind you are, she remains rude and unhelpful. Even leaving a tip does not improve her demeanor. Her customer service skills are lacking, and I believe she should be let go. Service: 1 star.

Do not support this jersey mikes. They have switched owners/ management and now are giving way less meat for the same price. For a giant club you will get 4 thinly sliced turkey and 4 thinly sliced ham. I used to like this restaurant for the generous amount of meat you received but now you get less than subway. I understand due to increased cost things are being cut back but this is going overboard. For $17 my sub should not be as flat as a pancake. I will take my business elsewhere. Please spend your money somewhere else where youll get your monies worth. The attitudes of some of the workers are less than professional too

I really love Jersey Mike's subs. I personally feel that this location is a bit cleaner and brighter than the others that I have been to. If you order online, you can just grab and go at the station by the front door, you don't have to wait through the line or go to the cashier for pick up. I really like how I can easily customize my order. I have ate in store a couple times and from my experience, the employee making my sub never really spoke to me. She just stared at me waiting for my order. But besides that, it was a good experience! Also, try the cream soda at the soda fountain- it's really good! Be sure to log into your account when checking out online or provide your phone number in store for rewards. My current favorite is the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak Parking: Parking is available in the shared shopping center parking lot. I've never had an issue finding parking.

The back kitchen staff serving hot sandwiches need to change their gloves and take more pride in their work. Despite looking young, the young lady at the front was the most mature, ensuring cleanliness and greeting customers as they arrived. It appeared that a group of high school students were working and managing the restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was subpar and I do not plan on returning anytime soon. Although my order was unsatisfactory, I did not feel like returning once I arrived home.
