Great bakery, when open. Erratic as that might be. Even before the March closing, hours of operation varies widely.

I went there because I like Calumet Bakery in Illinois and this one is closer. Though they have nothing you can buy right now such as pastries or cupcakes or such. I was looking for some ideas on a birthday cake for a grown adult. She did not want to show me the book with the pictures because it kids ASAP. Don't let that fool you there are some things to look at in there. I'm just going to the Illinois location. In Illinois they take the food stamp card still. They have a much better customer service. I was just put off of it and they're not very good with salesmanship.
