Smithfield 's Chicken 'n -b-q

The food was good as always. My person at the window was rude and I know everyone has a bad day but since I work in customer service myself it is unacceptable behavior.

Very neat and clean dining place and the workers were very friendly.my first time in this store in Whiteville but I will be back.The chicken was vary soft and good.

The people friendly but service sucks Ordered food and what i ordered wasn't on my plate limited workers waited for over 30 min for food when i got home what i ordered wasn't on my plate i am from out of town

What a treasure on a street full of your standard fast food restaurants! Easy to get to off of Hwy 74, Smithfield?s is the perfect place to stop on the mostly rural highway. The restaurant was spotless, and the counter service person, Sherry, was pleasant and offered suggestions. The manager, Mr. Savage, was friendly and attentive. I don?t typically write reviews but I must say this place was incredible! We were passing through on Thursday, heading to SC from NY and are a very large family of 7, right down to having a cranky toddler and the moment we stepped into this place was just like going to your favorite aunt Betty?s house! The staff was so friendly! It was super clean! Like you could legit eat off the floor I personally wouldn?t?but you could lol and our favorite part was a gentleman (Savage
