Ordered on the app arrived inside for pick up. Just to find out we were in line with people that had been waiting almost an hour. It was ridiculous.

I asked multiple days now for the carmal macchiato and they’ve made it wrong almost ever time but like once I don’t recommend to get coffee from there we simply asked for light ice and extra carmal syrup and extra carmal drizzle and they didn’t even put none of that one there didn’t even do the ice right I wouldn’t even give them a half star spent like 20$ 2 mc chickens and two coffees

Bathroom is disgusting. No tp .. and no soap in bathroom and no sanitizer in dispensers in eating area. Meaning .. everyone who has went to the bathroom there female wise .. has not washed their hands with soap and water after using the bathroom. That's ?

We went through drive thru, paid for the order and they actually brought our order out to us so we didn't have to wait in line behind the customer before us while they were waiting on their order. It was quite refreshing to get that quality of service. Thank you.

It doesn't open at 4am, it opens at 5am. The Google hours are incorrect.
