Church's Chicken - Whitehall

I've never seen brown biscuits before. Didn't know they made them well done. Can't believe I had to wait for cold, burnt food. Learned my lesson.

The chicken was really good. The chicken and fries were hot and fresh. There was no spicy chicken available and no ice. Dine-in was not available because one 60+yo old lady was working and running the entire restaurant. Kudos to the lady working and shame on Church's Chicken for not providing her help somehow.

I don't understand how you go to a restaurant. And they never seem to have anything. How do you have no ice? You're always out of chicken. I guess it's time for me to give up on church's chicken.

Ordering in person gets mixed results because half of the time I don’t get food, best time to order is early in the day about 10am-3pm But the food is incredible the chicken is great, their sandwiches are divine tasting and with the gravy it’s simply immaculate along with the best biscuits. Churches probably has the best fried chicken compared to the big places like Popeyes, kfc or raising canes.

I went through the drive-through. The wait was ridiculous. The people behind me actually got their food before me but had to wait until the line moved. I asked for white meat, and they gave me legs and thighs. The chicken was hard crusted, and the mash potatoes were tasteless. The fried okra was also tasteless. The jalapeño bombers were just ok. This is my third time going, and each time something is missed or the food is horrible. I certainly will not be going back. I loved the old Church's, but not the new and apparently improved Church's.
