Jack Pandl's Whitefish Bay Inn

The food was fantastic. I made reservations online indicating we were celebrating my birthday, and they brought out a bowl of ice cream for me. My only complaint is that they kind of forgot about us. I think the waitress was over taxed, and we sitting at the far side of the patio. Still, when they came by they were extremely helpful and accommodating, moving umbrellas to give my husband some shade.

Delicious food!! The frozen Boca banana is loaded with caramel and pecans...Yummy! Duck and chicken livers are fantastic as is the three cheesy soup. The white table cloth with decor makes for a cozy night out.

Great atmosphere and overall nice meal. Some misses. One salad had dirt on it indicating it had not been washed properly. We pointed that out to no response. Also they were out of the beer special. One dish came with rice which probably should have been somewhere on the plate but not on top of the fish which is where it was. Also the dinner came with rolls but no butter.

Waited for an hour for our food table near us was seated 30 minutes after us and received their food before we did and we had to ask where our food was before it came out 10 minutes later. (We had 4 Cobb salads, 2 wraps, and a fish fry) There was no apology, just excuses that made no sense and the waitress was rude after we inquired about where the food was.

Nice relaxing experience, with delicious food. Service was exceptional.
