A&W - Whitecourt

Was there for a night drive thru. We spoke through the speaker like 5 min . No one replied. Then we reched to front. The girl in their was telling her heasdset was not beeping. The headset was with other guy. It doesnt make any sense. It happened with me last week tooo. Very poor service experienced. Ever in a and w in canda.

I ordered two mama burgers without seeded buns and they came like this. This was on Tuesday while the store manager was working. Pretty disappointing.

Went there a couple of times at night on drive thru, the girl who were working was very rude and disrespectful. She was on the phone and i had to wait there for more than 10 mins. Now I know why McDonald’s having many customers at night and you guys don’t have any.?poor customer service. The food was good though.

One of my favorite pizza places in whitecourt right now and always friendly when I stop in I love their wings nachos and dry ribs more then anything but the pizza and cheesebread isn't bad either
