Planet Pizza - White Plains

I use to come here multiple times. Today 10/17/2023 I ordered two slices of cheese pizza. I am eating my pizza look down only to see an INSECT crawling in my pizza box. I was instantly disgusted and freaked out. I immediately took it back and told them there is something crawling in there. The workers there had no care , no sympathy, nor did they even care a BUG WAS CRAWLING IN OUR FOOD rather looked at us with blank stares. I am disappointed in the customer service I have received today and WILL NOT BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER. If I get sick tomorrow, or the days that follow I will have a lawyer!

I was rushed to order then the wings ordered were not fully cooked and they were served at room temperature and soaking in spicy sauce in a carton container even though I ordered mild and they were not fully cooked. The owner, I think took the order since he was taking all orders and being rude when I asked him that I want to take my wings to go and he just looked at me demanding me to stop talking to him since he was taking a phone order but all I asked to take the wings to go. I will never go to this place to eat again since the quality of the food such as wings and pizza were bad and the service is the worst comparing to the way it was years ago.

I just can’t understand any armature can open a pizza place but dont know how to make food. The pizza sucks so much cheese and there is always somethingerong. The pasta sucks taste like Mexican food i just dont get it how is this an Italian pizzeria

Stopped at Planet Pizza on our vacation driving back to NJ. Staff was awesome and food was great. We had a salad and a couple slices. Cost was under $20 which was our cheapest meal on our trip but one of the best tasting meals. Keep up the great work!
