Melt Shop - White Plains

Was here a few times in the past and it wasn't terrible. after my last visits, I don't think? Today my second time the chicken was tried after my first time, and it was just rough. I ordered buffalo saucy offers (which I thought would be saucy and taste like buffalo sauce? and it was over fried and tasted like burned crust. there was no sauce or buffalo taste at all. the chicken is slimy under the bread and you can?t say if you? back in fat or chicken. the tater dead you can't really go wrong with, only I wish they would put jalepenos on them as they used to. I? m overall disappointed and won?t come back / recommending.

If you are going to this place, beware. There is a very short woman who is a cashier taking orders. If you are hard of hearing, do not go to this place because she did not speak loud and clear and I had a hard time understanding her. She also short changed me when I gave $10 and the original cost was $9.20 and needed me to give her $0.20 which therefore would pay an extra dollar. She needed to count the bills carefully which I was trying to get rid of my single dollar bills. Good thing she recounted because she could have shortchanged me and I would have complained. I went to try this place for myself and sure enough, the cashier gave me a hard time by not speaking clearly. When I got my sandwich, the sandwich was NOT spicy enough and which tasted like a regular chicken sandwich. They did not make the sandwich spicy enough and need to do a good job spice up the sandwich. If you go to food court, choose shake shack than melt shop because I would recommend you stay away from the cashier who is short because she had a temper when speaking to me I clearly. But the other female employee who gave me the food was friendly though. Until then, I would recommend staying away from the place or have the woman be moved as a cook or one who just hands the food without speaking.

I've tried melt shop before and wasn't exactly impressed. I visited the WP Melt Shop and my mind was blown. Not only was the service good but the food was phenomenal and so flavorful. Their seating options were scenic as well.

I put an order for 1 o'clock for pickup. It's currently 1:30 and I didn't get my food because they are waiting for tenders. I placed this order at 10:30 in progress. I don't know why I?m waiting 30 min for an online order. Don't make sense. Full purpose is not to wait and I waited more than I ever should? V. Calls for tenders should have already been made for this order. Really annoying.

It's been more than a year since I went to the Melt Shop and I already miss her old recipe. My favorite is the truffle melt and it seems that they have changed the recipe. I prefer the old one without Pesto and Parmesan, because they exaggerate the truffle oil. They also increased their price. But I enjoyed the parmesan and herbal fries.
