Dunkin' - White Plains

Awful Service. I have never been in a Dunkin like this before. Usually employees are nice at Dunkin Donuts. I was the only client and the lady working here was in her phone barely paying attention to me. After take my order, she kept me waiting for along. I asked after a while where is my coffee? She ignored me and later pointed where she put my coffee. Super bad service.

I would give a 5 stars today, because the poor guy is always alone in the work of the command. the gallery is a way to buy for a person to do this work. it is a great and convenient location for everyone, but they need more help. it should take 30 minutes to wait a cup of coffee!

This hole in the wall a dunkin donuts have absolutely nothing and there service is wretched. Go to mamaroneck ave if you can.

It’s a very small shop, little space to breathe. If you’re claustrophobic, I don’t recommend visiting at all. It was empty once I entered, just 2 staff members chit chatting. I ordered a coconut peach refresher forgot what it was called and frankly, it was bad. The after taste was horrifying!!! It was more of an expired peach yogurt than anything. Hope this helped.

This Dunkin' is quite unlike any other. They don't carry the usual items, but the service is always quick and friendly, and the staff consistently gets our orders right. I truly believe this is the most unique Dunkin' location my wife and I have ever experienced, and we plan to keep coming back.
