Their menu is never accurate. Shakes are listed on the big menu at $5.99 (Expensive to start, but the same as neighboring shake shack. . When you get through the line to the self help kiosk it's suddenly $6.49... AWESOME. Last time I was there items on the menu were not available anymore (I think it was Mac and cheese they were discontinuing... the whole reason my daughter asked go to Melt shop was for the mac. . Everyone who works there seems totally miserable. Food is fine, but expensive for what it is.Just all around a sad place to get your lunch.

This wasn’t very good. I got the chipotle melt and it never said it came with tomatoes and I only got one tiny piece of chicken on one side. I also waited for 20 minutes for my food. The staff seemed very disorganized and frustrated. I would not recommend. Orders were also forgotten for the people behind me.

I loved this place. I got one of the 1/3 pound Wagyu Burgers, best burger I ever had in my life, it was so flavorful and the burger sauce was amazing. The fries were crispy and not greasy. I don’t understand why this place has such bad reviews. This place is amazing.

If you love a crisp, cheesy grilled cheese that is oozing mashed avocado this is the lunch for you! The service was attentive and the fries were hot, crispy and perfectly seasoned. Best mall lunch I have had in years.
