Whataburger - White Oak

Can't figure it out. Come up to drive thru and they asked for a few minutes to take my order! I said no thanks and drove off. This is a regular occurrence. Line is usually long. People working there are so slow

Always a good place to go, although it should be noted that they no longer offer dine in late at night at the White Oak location, however the drive thru is still available 24 hours a day.

I know there was a fundraiser on April 8th, but the line and wait time were incredibly long. We waited 30 minutes for our food, and it still wasn’t ready when he got home. I really love the food, and the staff were friendly, but they need to improve their service when it gets busy.

I'm honestly quite disappointed with my recent experience. The last two times I visited Whataburger, although the wait was long, the food was worth it. However, today the wait was long as well (which I understand, given the holiday), but the food was just not good. The fries were cold, soggy, and had an unpleasant oil taste. Although my order indicated that I requested two sauces (for which I was charged an extra $1), only one sauce was included— and it looked unappetizing. The chicken was extremely dry, likely due to the lack of sauce, and it was cold as well. I spent over $20 for two meals that both had bad fries, mediocre chicken, and unappetizing sauces. I'm truly disappointed and won't be returning.
