Arby's - White House

Sauces were left out of bag. Then when we returned to get the sauces they didn't even give enough sauces for each sandwich. Inside one of the sandwiches were dry, but shavings folded into the roast beef. Very disappointed.

I placed an order on the mobile app. Upon arriving I noticed that the street address on my order said 301 White House Crossing but the city was Portland Tn. Turns out that there was an issue with the app and my order was sent to the Portland Tn location even though I chose the White House Tn location. Muffin(staff member) went out of her way to fix the issue. She called the Portland location and refunded my order. They then made my order at the White House location. When I received my food it was fresh and very good.The whole staff were very friendly and helpful with the whole situation and made my experience here a great one.Muffin and her team provided great customer service, and that’s something hard to find in today’s society.I will be making it a point to return to this location because of great customer service and great food.

This it the only fast food place that has never gotten my order

No roast beef ever, they have less raw roast beef there then the lot lizards at loves.
