Dairy Queen (treat) - White Bear Lake

I’ve seen the owner bring there dog into the back multiple times which is disgusting for a food establishment. NEVER GO

I usually love going to Dairy Queen and usually never have problems but this time was different. For starters the intercom in the drive through you can barely hear, secondly I attempted to order a misty freeze and the flavors aren’t posted I asked for blue raspberry and all the drive through person said was “we don’t have that flavor” lots of sass behind it and I had to ask her to list off the flavors, then getting to the window only has my buddy’s milkshake and proceeds to explain to me I didn’t order anything when I surely did and proceeds to give me more sass, rushes my treat I tasted pretty much ice cream and shaved ice with zero flavor, terrible customer service and didn’t care to make my drink with patience. My advice is go to another Dairy Queen where there employees won’t give you sass and rush your food/treat basic customer service out the window.

Found plastic in our candy cane blizzard. Unacceptable.

THIS LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! NEVER GO HERE, IT IS WORTH THE GAELS AND TIME TO GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION. THEY NEVER STAY OPEN UNTIL THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO CLOSE THEY ALWAYS CLOSE EARLY. WE PULLED UP AND GOT OUT CUZ IT SAID OPEN AND IT WAS ONLY 825 AND IT CLOSES AT 930. BUT WE WALKED UP TO THE DOOR AND THEY WATCHED US. AND THEN THEY TURNED ALL THE LIGHTS OFF. THIS HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES. THEY DONT MAKE BLIZZARDS RIGHT THEY BARELY PUT ANY CANDY/TOPPINGS IN , ITS USUALLY JUST ICE CREAM WITH MAYBE A SMALL SPOONFUL OF STUFF PUT IN.

It’s a weird experience when you’re somehow disappointed with your ice cream. This location was very lacking in quality! They don’t have chocolate soft serve here, so no twist cones. I got a shake instead and it was a big let down. It wasn’t very cold, was not very flavorful, no whip, and they didn’t even fill the cup the whole way. The place seems to be run by teenagers, which isn’t odd, but it doesn’t seem like they’re much interested in quality control. I don’t know if the owner is just stingy and instructs them to give less than you paid for, but that’s what my guess is.I won’t be returning to this location. There are far better DQ’s in the area!
