Starbucks - White Ave, Bedford

Do not order mobile between 7-9AM. I understand that it is rush-hour, And the employees are doing the best that they can, but they do not make the drinks in the order in which they were placed……One employee admitted this when she said that the order slips pop out in different areas of the store….. if it is too much to handle just turn off mobile ordering for the hour and only take drive-through or counter service… also be nicer humans

Staff is super friendly and this Starbucks is one of my favorite locations. It's super clean inside and one of my visits they had a sample of a chai Frappuccino that was so good it was dangerous lol. I drive out of my way to visit this location.

Ordered inside. No one was manning the cash register and I stood there for a minute or two before a surly employee asked if I was waiting to order something while she walked past into the back room. Why else would I be standing there? She came back, took my order without any pleasantries. My drinks came out quickly but I had ordered two donuts which inexplicable took 5 minutes longer than the drinks and I had to ask about them. Some of this would be forgivable, but the drinks didn’t taste like they do at other Starbucks. Too sweet (which is saying a lot for a Starbucks) and a bit artificial tasting. The interior is weird with virtually no seating. Bar far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited.

Love Starbucks and especially this location. Always a good experience.

Ordered an Iced American during my last visit through the mobile app, and I got there early, so I was waiting for my drink to be ready. Then I happen to see my drink be made from afar. The barista simply took a cup, put some ice, and filled it with coffee from some sort of tap. There was no espresso that was made for my drink, and I was given the equivalent of an iced coffee instead of what I ordered, an Iced Americano. Starbucks is a global coffee chain, and that is how the baristas are taught to make an Iced Americano? Are the coffee beans and espresso machines there just for decorations? Very disappointed.
