Bidra med feedbackI ordered an iced cap and the girl at the window handed me something that looked like an iced coffee because it was not frozen at all. I asked for a remake because it’s not frozen basically mixed cream in a cup the manager I assume, argued with me that this is in fact how an iced capp looks.I’ve drank these every day for 20 years, I know what a frozen drink looks like. This manager even made the girl show me the NOT frozen iced cap mix, “ see, frozen”. No, it’s not.She then gave me another one that was at least better than the last one and said “if this isn’t good enough, I don’t know what to do for you.”Horrible service !!
I ordered my delivery through the Tim Hortons app itself. The coffee was spilled in the paper bag as well as the store did not inform me about the one Chicken BBQ wrap which was missing from the order. The driver who gave the order was also very bad in communicating anything to me. I got the refund though but just to note my experience was really bad with customer service side of things.
Coffee tastes burnt and like dirt. When was the last time you guys cleaned your pots? The deli person made my food wrong and then tried to microwave it and then give it back to me. Anything that goes over the counter and comes back is garbage. Not sure about who is managing but you should check your Food safety and sanitation standards for all employees.RBI should probably do an inspection.
Why would they shut down the food station at the dinner hour to clean? My coffee is always wrong and now i cant get any of the food i ask for. This place is
Absolute zombies working behind the counter in this Tim’s, no situational awareness on what’s been fulfilled and quality of drinks is water, I do not recommend this Tim’s at all as it doesn’t taste as good as the others. They are all in their own world while working and there’s no communication between customer and employee when handing off the consumables.
