Sunrise - Whitby

Went inside and had the most weird petty experience? First off I was completed ignored by the lady, I waited patiently until other customers came and orders were asked? As she walked away she asked me what I wanted and when I said my order she asked what? and went to the back smiling at the another girl. Waste of my time never coming back.

I actually love the food from this restaurant but both times I’ve ordered delivery (skip and DoorDash) part of my order has been missing. Might sound petty but I love their coleslaw and when I order a meal that comes with it or order an extra on the side and receive none it is disappointing.

The food is usually pretty good, but the customer service from the female employees in particular, is poor. A lot of attitude given for no reason they forgot part of my order. If you can go a bit west to a Drupati’s or Lena’s, you’ll be treated much better.

I was a previous worker for sunrise carebean but was unreasonably fired for small medical reasons that allowed me to continue to work just fine and would of been taken care of within a week the manager give very little free way with injuries and gives small portion sizes for what was paid for I highly recommend going somewhere else as I feel like I was only hired to bring in a more variety of costumers

Very average food. If you need a jerk fix and this is your only option then I understand. Chicken is bland and not very juicy. The coleslaw is very runny.
