Bidra med feedbackBrought my daughter for dinner tonight at Subway in thickson Plaza. Got our normal Subs, a meatball and a cold cut combo. When asking which condiment I want on the girl didn't listen very well I asked for salt and she put on Chipotle sauce. Instead of making me a brand new sub. Instead she decided to use a knife and scrape most of it off. When she figured she was done she proceeded to add more lettuce but there was still chipotle sauce on my sub. Some of the sauce went on a slice of cheese. She removed the cheese, but did not replace it. I've been going to this Subway since it opened. Never had an issue like this before
Terrible location the workers are not familiar don't know what there doing and it's very unorganized and not well kept the food is not kept well and it is not a good
Bad service with impolite employees. Not recommended unless they get new staff. Not going here again. I was being trolled when I asked for more olives and she put 1 more olive (each time).. so i was like ??? And asked again. I asked maybe 3 times. She started giving me attitude, rolled her eyes, sighed, said she couldn't put anymore (than the 3 olives lol). I would usually get everything on it !!, but this time I only wanted olives instead of those. The sandwich had nothing else in it except the cheese and green peppers and she wouldn't add anymore olives. She was snapping and talking back at me when i said that to her and i gave up since she was so rude. I didn't want to argue with someone like that. I paid and left.Update: i think this experience killed my want to go to any Subway since i haven't been in over 4 years now and i used to go 5 days a week. Looking at other recent reviews here it looks like it hasn't changed.
Just grabbed some lunch at this location. The two ladies working were both quite inattentive and overly relaxed in their approach. They seemed to forget which sandwich they were working on. Not friendly and unable to scan a QR code from Subway App. Very disappointing experience indeed. Subway please do something about this dwindling level of service!
One person working. Takes thirty minutes, there should be at least three people working to avoid this slow service.Wheelchair accessibility: Good
