Panago - Whitby

Tried Panago Whitby for first time tonight, started off with wrong pizza given to me when I picked it up, The manager was top notch and did right by me by replacing the pizza with the one I initially ordered. I should mention that I actually really liked the pizza and you can get whole wheat crust which isn’t always available.Would I come back ?likely yes -due solely on the action of the manager and his desire to keep a customer happy.

This small takeout restaurant is one of the top Panago locations. The staff is friendly and attentive, always taking care when making the pizza. I have been here many times and have never been disappointed. My personal favorite is the J Chicken pizza.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Very rude and not at all cooperative. Even shop assistants are not different.very disappointed.

Panago is excellent, using top-quality ingredients with plenty of non-dairy and vegan choices. The staff and owner are fantastic.

I love this place! The pizza is the best I've had. The owner is very friendly.
