Lone Star Texas Grill - Whitby

Booked a reservation for before the dinner rush 4ish got food at 515. Some was cold for a hot dish. Had problem with food manager asked if there was something she could got a menu the disappeared.

I stopped here when I was in Whitby last. The Atmosphere was nice. The booths where comfortable and had enough space for my service dog to relax under.At Lone Star they bring you a complimentary bowl of chips and salsa to get you started.I ordered a very tasty flat of candy flavored Margaritas. I strongly recommend them. I also ordered and appetizer for myself. I ordered a pretzel and queso. The pretzel was huge and the dip excellent. Everything tasted fresh and came out in a timely manner.The servers in this place are also Amazing, kind and looks like they love their job. It was refreshing to see Happy Employees even when they where not interacting with customers.My honest opinion is that this place is great. I recommend Lone Star Texas Grill.I will be happily stopping here to do another review at a later date.

My wife and I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We planned a date night, hired a babysitter to watch our children, and started by ordering drinks from the margarita menu. The jalapeño lime margarita was undrinkable, as it was filled with Tabasco sauce and tasted awful. When we asked the server about happy hour, she lied and claimed there was only one item available. However, when my wife checked the website, she found a list of items offered on the happy hour menu. The waitress refused to let us order from the happy hour menu and instead went behind the bar to gossip about us with her colleagues. This made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. Our night was supposed to be filled with drinks, shots, dinner, and a friendly atmosphere, but instead, it was ruined by poorly mixed drinks and unprofessional service. If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. Thanks for ruining our date night without the kids.

Best Lone Star experience I have had. Our waiter Chili was incredible, great service and a joy to be around. The food was great. This location is way better than the Pickering one will be coming here from now on.

My food was excellent. Had the steak fajitas with mole sauce. My wife had the ceaser wrap which she found bland and boring. Service was great, but he was overwhelmed. Had the fuzzy peach margarita which was awesome.Overall great time.Parking: Lots of parking everywhere
