Kfc - Whitby

I placed an online order through the KFC app at 12:15. The estimated delivery time was 12:54. Despite calling multiple times, my food had still not arrived by 14:00.

Ordered lunch today. 2 piece meal and a beyond meat sandwich. Chicken was almost black like they have not changed the oil in years. Soggy and oily. Fries were cold and rubbery. Plant based sandwich tasted like chemicals and was dried out. Staff do not acknowledge you at all when entering the store. Tables dirty. Complete waste of time and money. DO BETTER!!!!!!!

I don’t understand why 0 stars isn’t an option????? My poutine was soooo friggin soggy and the chicken…… ahhh the chicken was soggy on the bottom as if they just popped yesterday’s chicken in the microwave. Since when has KFC been splitting a chicken breast and back in half and making “two” pieces out of one?????!???I don’t see them splitting the damn price any!!!!!Since this last time I went to KFC I promised myself never to go back and forget about the buckets mom and dad used to bring home as a kid because CLEARLY times have changed!!!!!! Also why is the chicken all flabby on the bottom sides of it?????? Is that that growth hormone the “farmers” are pumping the poor chickens with?????? KFC is greasy, flabby, and mush…..Mary Browns is so dry it soaks up whatever saliva is in your mouth from the nice smell of the dried chicken, BUT POPEYES(certain locations) is just RIGHT!!!!! And better yet if you’re in Scarborough people check out “ROWDY BIRD”. Rowdy bird is like the old old KFC mixed with Popeyes. You will actually thank me when you try it. God Bless!

Ordered for delivery, once it arrived I realized they didn’t give me my gravy. I called in after hours and the guy working stayed and waited for me to come get my gravy! Nice guy.

Literally the worst location! 1.5 hours to get our food called the store 3 times and it just rings until it says user not available, terrible customer service.
