Chuck E. Cheese - Whitby

Great place to spend a few hours with the family. A little pricey with food for 4 people but smiles on the kids make it worth it.

New kid was getting crushed at the merch table, was stuck on one kid trying to spend 8000 tickets with a line up of people behind him. The manager came and saw and did nothing. Finally I told him to ask the cashier to help him, she was pretending to fill the salad bar and gossiping with the kid check girl. She finally came over and started arguing that she was busy at the front cash even though she didn’t have a single customer the entire 15 minutes I was there. This would never happen when Andre was running the show. We didn’t see chuck e once in the hour we were there.

So upset they took away the parmesan cheese that we put on top of the pizza. Pizzas amazing just is better with a little extra Parmesan. I hope you bring it back cause my kids don’t want to eat here anymore. ??

The hostess/order taker was not the least bit helpful, and provided bad recommendations when ordering. The ice machines both didn't work. When the food arrived the pizza was burnt on the underside and was provided with only a plastic spoon for cutting and serving. After mentioning it to staff, they provided another pizza properly cooked, but with the same disposable plastic spoon for serving the pizza slices. The kids loved the games, and the mascot, but please don't go here for the food.

Most of the games at this locatio are now the coin games (flip a coin or have a coin race down a chute. My kids weren't impresses and neither were we. Only bonus is the Picture with Chuck E. Is now a colored photo.
