Do not order a delivery 2 hour wait staff are not nice

I was waiting 2 hours for ice-cream. I asked for a refund and they said no

Person taking the order did not understand my daughter, she couldn’t understand him and he couldn’t understand her repeated saying buenos waffle but ended up with banoffee, management said policy is clearly stated but I think it should be policy that they employ people who understand English!!!! Then they wouldn’t need their so called policy! Shame on yous as a business!!

Owner is good but some of the staff is lazy. Quality of ice-cream is excellent.
