Bidra med feedbackThe staff was extremely knowledgeable. When I told them that I could not eat gluten, they immediately asked me if it was: “Telt”. The items were marked on the menu and the food was delicious. They brought me GF bread with separate butter with lava salt. They were aware of cross-contamination.
We enjoyed a great dinner at Wildflower. The Fairmont makes an amazing work to prepare their kitchens, how to prepare food safe for those with Celiac. I don't think things were marked on the menu with GF, but when we sit and ask ourselves, our waiter let us know that almost everything will be prepared on the menu GF. They even brought GF bread for our two guests who have Celiac and a separate container butter for them. The GF sunshade was incredible for Dessert. It is a fancier restaurant.... and so delicious!
This is the restaurant at Fairmont in Whistler. It was excellent. The server was clearly overwhelmed by the celiac disease and told me that only one item on the menu could be made gluten-free. They also had gluten-free bread that came before our appetizers, and it was really good. We did not eat dessert, but the server mentioned that there were several gluten-free options.
Exceptional. the food, the service and the ambiente were all exceptional. great experience.
My wife and I had a great date night! everything was perfect! we decided to experience the garden with the 3 cursor meal with wein pairing. we loved everything! thanks again for the great experience! we will come back next year!
