TGI FRIDAYS - Wheeling

I was extremely let down by the management at this restaurant. The server mistakenly used my five dollar bonus card when we had ordered the five dollar Tuesday hamburgers, essentially giving away five dollars since the card couldn't be applied to the special. When I brought this up to the manager, Andrea, she gave me 10 bonus points as a resolution, claiming it was the same as the five dollar bonus bites card I had lost, which was illogical. I was not happy with how this was handled. Additionally, I had made a reservation through OpenTable but upon arrival, I was informed they no longer accepted OpenTable reservations, causing me to lose my points from the reservation as well.

I love going to this restaurant because I always crave their Sesame Jack Chicken Strips. The food is consistently delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the service is always good. It's a convenient place for a quick meal.

Dustin was truly amazing, genuine, and had a wonderful attitude. Thank you, Dustin.

Normal experience at TGIF. Server was outstanding. My shrimp pasta was excellent. Wife ordered steak and it was medium not rare.
