This Starbucks has the most wholesome management and staff. Today, I was having a bad/stressful day after I took an exam. I went to this Starbucks after to get myself something to drink. I pulled up to the drive-through, couldn 't decide what I wanted, and ended up telling the rep to make me whatever they like as I am not having a good day. When I pulled up to the window, the district manager came to the window with a bubble wand and said, I heard you are having a bad day so here are some happy bubbles! she started blowing them at my car . The pure gesture of kindness made me cry. Then she goes looking for things to cheer me up and ended up getting me a stuffed frog and a red festive garland!! How sweet was her effort to cheer me up?? I was so taken back by the kindness of absolute strangers. And they didn 't even let me pay for the drink!! The barista made a delicious caramel frap I believe and wrote Hope your day gets better . THANK YOU x 100 TO THE STAFF/DM of this Starbucks. You guys made my day better.
