Saranello's - Wheeling

Eating is very good, and our individual waitress was as attentive as she could be (I think she had assigned too many tables to her. However, there was a function in the party room next to the main dining room that contained ~50 people, and I think that overwhelmed the kitchen, and not enough waiter was dedicated to the main dining room. we waited 30min for only the beginning broth and drinks, while numerous waiters with loaded bowls of salads and main dishes flown. when I made the reservation earlier on the same day, all the time slots were available. if there was a party that would tax the kitchen staff, would they not think that the management would find a way to either control the available reservations or get more employees to handle the volume? my family was disappointed by the delays. (night tables, which sit at about the same time, seemed to have the same problems. at least the food was good (excellent lasagna and auberginenparmesan.) I would recommend this restaurant, but not going at a weekend. if they have a party, they can't handle it.

Food and service was fantastic! fresh and tons taste!

It is the best Italian restaurant in the opposite very busy and noisy therefore. but the food and the service were both excellent. brian was wonderful!

Cold Cold Cold It was freezing cold in the restaurant

It was very cold in the restaurant the service was fair. The salmon was undercooked and had to be sent back.
