Bidra med feedbackOverall, I gave this location 4 stars. The food is good, no better or worse than an average Little Caesars pizza. However there have been times that I have gone in and they've been quite busy, causing some of the employees to be under apparent stress and snippy with some customers. Having worked in the food business I understand how chaotic things can get when busy but it should never be taken out on your customers. I don't have this issue often but I still found it common enough to be necessary to include in the review. Overall I am very happy with my experiences here but it can sometimes be hit or miss as far as customer service goes.
Ordered the thin crust pepperoni pizza at the warwood location ,it was ready in less than 10 min and was very good.
The staff at lunchtime could use an extra pair of hands; it feels chaotic with one person talking to themselves while managing the counter and the kitchen. As for the "hot and ready" food, it certainly wasn't prepared in a timely manner.
The service is quick and dependable. The food is delicious, although it can occasionally be quite heavy. The small dining area can feel cramped, especially if you're waiting for your order. However, there are plenty of parking spots available if you prefer to wait in your car.
The pizza is affordable, but my main issue is with the manager, who can be quite rude and makes it seem like asking for more of something is a personal affront to him. All the other staff members are great, but he’s the only one I have a problem with. If you haven't tried Little Caesars yet, I definitely recommend it. Their prices are comparable to frozen pizza, making it a great option if you’re on a tight budget.
