Schmaltz Express Delicatessen - Wheaton

Great food! The only place to get real bagels in the western suburbs. Those round things you have been eating with a hole in the middle from all the other local places aren't bagels, just bagel shaped bread. The service could be better, but I know it's hard to staff at the moment. I recommend a pre-order online.

Had the Sloppy Paul with the pastrami. OMG. The ladke's were good and I purchased a qt. of the matzo ball soup for my daughter. I've received 2 texts from her thanking me. It was our 1st time there, but not the last time. My kid also loved their bagels.

This ain't the Schmaltz I remember. Don't waste your time. Pulled the corn beef out of a bag, dipped it into boiling water to heat it up, and put it onto the bread. Express is right..... NO parking of any kind. Who picked this location?. And the help was no help at all. Won't go back. Gonna,miss it..

I've been a Schmaltz fan for awhile but today they were even more on point! Really appreciate the great customer service with letting me know a few changes that needed to be made to my order. Plus the food was amazing!

Ordered takeout. Great sandwiches, ready on time, great service. Can't wait to come back for breakfast!
