Noodles Company - Wheaton

On the positive side, Noodles had made a lot of positive additions to their menu. There are so many gluten-free options; it is one of the restaurants I actually have several items to choose from. On the negative side, the popularity of this restaurant during the pandemic seems to be hard for them to keep up with. Online and delivery orders are flooding in, lengthening your in-store wait time greatly. I'm theory, you can order online, but I have found the site very unfriendly and difficult to add our remove ingredients. Don't bother trying to order using their phone system; it has also been inundated to the point of becoming useless. Another unusual change is that the stores seem to be closing at odd hours. It may be due to being understaffed. I recommend calling before going to any of their locations. I've been disappointed by early closing in my area.

Came here to pick up food on this hot day (6.3.21 and saw the kindest act by one of the employees( didn't catch her name, tall, skinny, dark haired young lady . A landscaper was hard at work right outside the restaurant and she called him in and offered to buy him lunch. The hard working man ordered a chicken Veracruz salad and seemed to be excited. She didn't see me watching this whole act and it was very heart warming knowing there is good people spreading kind gestures. The company is lucky to have her!!!

Something for everyone!! My family is full of picky eaters and Noodles and Company always wins with everyone!!! Great for all ages and all tastebuds. Picky eaters can have buttered noodles or Mac n cheese. Flat bread pizza or even salad or soup! Their menu is always creating new favorable dishes and I try a new one each time!! I also love the small but standard wine and beer selection.

First time for this location. I went just before noon and at about 12:15 there was a line for ordering with just one cashier I ordered the Veracruz chili lime chicken salad it was good. I love guacamole but I just don't feel that needed to be in there took awhile to get my salad. I do wish they had more selections for low calorie healthy options. Some would be your whole days worth in just one meal but I guess with fast food restaurants that's just how it is. So nice they have a outdoor patio that you can eat if not wanting to be outside. It faces the parking lot and no plantings or anything to make it feel like you want to be out there very blah

Steve the manager, It's his 4th day here and he is KILLING IT!!! Made My experience for this place even better. Food is great and I will suggest this to fam and friends
