Mai Thai Cafe - Wheaton

This is some the best Thai food in the county. I have looked around for good Chicken Pad See Ew and THIS is the place. I've moved further away (past Aurora) since finding this place, and I will still drive the hour, and past many other Thai restaurants, just to get to this one and thank my past self for doing so.Beware that these folks know what they are talking about when you order the spiciness of your food. Some sense of scale: I enjoy jalapeno and habanero peppers quite often and in bulk, their medium+ spice is about as hot as I'll order and that's if I'm feeling brave.Only bad thing about this place is it being hidden away in downtown Wheaton, which is often a nightmare to drive through, but it's sooo worth it, walk if you have too. Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the first level, with no steps to get inside, a single frame manual door to get your delicious food

We were pleasantly surprised. This was one of the best Thai food we’ve had in Chicago. Portion sizes are huge.

First time ever and the food tasted great. Huge portions. We split an appetizer a meal between 2 of us and still couldn't finish it all.

The Cashew Chicken And Crab Rangoon Was Off The Chain I Drove 2 hours To Just Come Here And I’m Telling Everyone That It Was Definitely Worth The Drive Thank You So Much Mai Thai I Will Highly Recommend Everyone To Come Experience This Life Changing Healthy Food ???
