Kenny's Sub Shop - Wheaton

I ordered General Tsos chicken. I asked for it to be delivered extra crispy. It was super soggy and tasted awful. I threw it all away. I wasted $25

The food is very bad, tasteless, I'm not going to go to that place.

For some reason people keep having bad experiences with Kenny's, but I had/have good times with them. We don't go inside the restaurant but we order over the phone. My favorite dish from Kenny's is a steak and cheese combo with fries and a ginger ale. Sometimes it does take a long time to get here but, it's worth the wait. The food is very good! I like the way they make the fries and the steak and cheese sub. The fries have a perfect amount of salt and the sub is by far the best thing ever! It has a great taste because they do good seasonings! And they know my family because we order there all the time! Overall, the best Chinese restaurant ever!

Best Chinese restaurant ever! The service is extremely good with excellent staff. The food is so delicious such as the fried rice and chicken wings. The mumbo sauce is also really tasty. I could feel the sweetness from the sauce touch each individual tastebud, so yummy ?. The wait time is fast, they got my food in about 5 minutes (super impressive). I don't know why people are hating. Ever since they’ve changed owners, things have been going uphill. Avoid like the plague. They are rude over the phone. On top of that I have a lot of stairs in my place and the delivery driver (who arrived an hour late due to them being short on staff) was banging on my door like crazy and rang my door bell 3+ times like he was being chased by Michael Myers. It's only been 15 seconds, calm down!!! I paid $60 (I know, I was hungry and 90% of my brain cells went to several of my meetings) and the food tasted spoiled. The Shrimp Broccoli was the culprit with the sauce being a weird runny texture, foul smell, and sour taste. The only thing that tasted good was the half half ice tea with an ice cube the size of Tootsie Roll can. The rest of the food can be put in the garbage like a nasty folded Thanksgiving plate and I say that with the most disrespect.
