Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Wheat Ridge

I don't know what it is about this store in particular, but for some reason they always fail to add the sauces that I request.Went there last night to pick up an online order and I checked my bag because again, they always forget. And of course they forgot the sauces that I ordered. When I mentioned sauces are missing, the worker immediately knows which ones I'm referring to without me bringing it up, hands me three. I say there was four. Now the order was only for one sandwich combo, an extra sandwich, and four sauces. How hard is it to remember simple orders with sauces?Or is this some elaborate corporate or store scheme to save costs by skimping on things like that? Like I paid for this stuff and you all actively make an effort to not include it. I was given no napkins and no straw either, I had to ask for the straw. Not to mention the chicken patties for the sandwiches were so old and crusty that there was just the fried part left for most of both.I think I'm done with this store, and Popeyes in general. Please move on to something else if you can too!

Service was fast and friendly, and our chicken was fresh! Three stars only because there were no pickles on my sandwich and the fries were lukewarm. I’ll be back to try the spicy sandwich!

Went through the drive thru, it was quick and easy. Food is always great at Popeyes.

Special advertised as 6.99 big box. Inside store was told online only. Tried to order online and the response was offer expired. Supposedly good until February 14th.

Everytime we order food it's the wrong order and it's always cold. We never get the right order. This time we didn't even get all of our order.
